Favorite Ways to Relax! ♥

Hello darlings! Today's post is mostly about me sharing ways that I love to relax and unwind during stressful times! Things like school, work, bills, friends, and family all take their toll on people eventually (especially me) and when it gets to be too much I like to get away and be by myself! Some of the things I like to do will be what I share today/tonight and hopefully it helps you too c: enjoy!

One of the first things I usually do when I'm stressed out is listen to music! 8tracks is an online music site (there's also a free app that I use religiously) where people can make playlists and share them with others! Usually all you need to do is just use the search bar to find what kind of playlist you wanna listen to! You can search a genre, a show, a character you like, a movie, or a feeling! 

I use 8tracks so much it's one of my favorite phone apps and I use the web-version sometimes when I'm too lazy to use my phone c:

When I feel stressed and overwhelmed I really like to feel in control of something, even when it's probably normally considered small. Sometimes it might be considered big as well! I like the plan out and organize my planner or room or car or whatever I'm feeling up to organizing. I have homework, bills, trips, and games or anime figures that i have to plan ahead for so when I can I try to look over and fix any errors that I make in my planner/personal calendar! I don't really like surprises so I do my best not to miss anything c: 

For example, for my figure collecting hobbyI like to organize what I have in my collection, what I've ordered, and when I've ordered anime figures! I have a monthly list that I add a figure into if I've ordered or preordered so I don't forget! This is my personal collection, so feel free to look at it if you don't really understand what I'm getting at c:

One of my all-time favorite stress-relievers is shopping or window shopping (ESPECIALLY ONLINE). It's thing that calms me the most even when I don't buy anything. Wishlists are a girl's best friend and I usually have a wishlist for any shop that I browse! The only thing that's the hardest for me to wishlist is clothing because online and in stores it seems to come and go really quickly ; v ;

Eating or drinking some of my favorite things also makes me relaxed! I usually go with warm drinks and sweet foods, but it's different for everyone c: here are a few of my favorites!

 Goldfish crackers  

 Hot/warm showers or baths  

(some of my favorite candles are sweet, yummy scents with vanilla usually as a main focus below is my fav!!!)

Lastly, when I wanna relax I like to distract myself with things! Playing videogames, reading books, and watching some of my favorite movies are the easiest! With videogames I like to play cute, simple things that don't require as much thought or attention!

All in all, these are a couple things that help me relax and I hope it helps you too! I've had a really stressful first week back at school with work added onto it and I can't wait to find some time to immerse myself in my favorite habits.
